July 27th was a great community event

On the 27th the community garden hosted with grant support from the city, an event that focused on Seniors from the local AARP chapter and members of the Wakullah Street Community.

It took some planning, but we secured a trolley from The Original Party Trolley (Dorchester, MA), a fish fry catered by Neil Rivers and music from Ezzy the Band.

I hope that the garden is able to do more events!
